An update. School's been good so far. Mass lectures. The class timetables began like, just now. So far so good. Can't wait for tutorials. 07A301's doing fine. I love singing thanks to them, haha!

I had the Parents' Orientation Session just now. The main reason why my feet are aching so bad. My parents, together with like a thousand others mingled around the school. My parents were DEAD bored. You could tell just by glancing at their faces. Hah. I was ready in school by 4, so yeah. I had my 'dinner' in the class together with a whole bunch of ushers, registration-ists, tour guides and officials. And the intense rush to change to my blazer (that included a change in skirt and blouse, freshening up, wearing a tie, stockings and court shoes) caused me to drop my beloved bottle of perfume. Damn. Thank GOD it didn't break. The aftermath was a huge scrape at the corner. Hai. Better than shattering to smithereens. Anyhows, went to the hall for dry run. THANK GOD FOR AIR-CON. I'll die from hyperthermia. Dry run, changes to the script here and there.

SHOWTIME
This is it. Haha. Sounds like some American drama thing. Ok stereotype and racist. Parents started milling into the hall. I was dead bored backstage, Jezer disappeared somewhere and I was looking at the same video repeat itself like the season cycle. What fun; ended up reading through history notes backstage. God. Our time came, we sat down in front. SHOWTIME. I began quite fast, my introduction sounded a bit rushed. And I almost tripped while going down the platform. (curse ye stupid court shoes!) It was only after my second appearance did I feel more in control. So, principal's talk. She introduced us man. So cute. As J1s, but close enough. Haha. The finale: Jezer was announcing the feedback forms and what to fill up. I had to hold them up like some stupid model wannabe smiling like a bloody robot. I felt so stupid and started giggling. Then it spread to Jezer and he began to giggle into the mic. So funny la. I came down from stage laughing silently making my tummy hurt. And as I got down, a teacher approached me, "Farah, (complete with hand gestures mimicking me) cover girl stewardess for SIA ok?" Damn funny man. And since it was dinner and time to interact with other teachers, I met a lot more and got disturbed bucketloads more. I came home with feet aching like shit.

Btw, in case you were completely lost in the first two paragraphs, I was emcee-ing the event. *grins*

I'm loving school so far. Sports competitions are coming up, time for the Meridian school spirit to shine I guess. I mean, I have yet to see but I have heard A LOT about it. =) Colosseum too. GO ATLAS!! *grins*

Singapore Floorball League 2007's last weekend. So-so. OSB Youth, no comments. Most probably will watch the guys game. Celebrate? I'm not sure.

I'm EXHAUSTED. Dentist to look forward to. Dang. Live life people. Don't procrastinate, life is more than shoving things to do later. =)

toodles~
